There’s more available to you than exhaustion.
ADHD coaching for adults who are carrying too much and want a life that feels manageable.
The right support changes things in a way more effort never will. Let’s talk about what would actually help.
This is for you if:
You're capable, but the way you're operating isn’t sustainable anymore.
You're tired of guessing what might help and need real guidance.
You want a life that feels doable, not one that drains you day after day.
Your days are full, yet the important things (including you) keep getting pushed aside.
Your responsibilities keep expanding while your capacity stays the same.
What working together looks like:
Weekly 1:1 sessions where we look honestly at your days and what’s getting in the way.
Clear guidance so you’re not burning energy trying every possible hack.
Approaches that fit how you think, not how someone says you’re “supposed” to operate.
Check-ins when you need support, not busywork.
Help that moves you forward without pushing you closer to burnout.
A month-to-month setup so you can decide what’s right for you.

Hi, I’m Rebecca.
I know what it’s like to move through the world feeling capable but constantly stretched thin. To hold more than anyone can see while worrying you’re forgetting something important. To wonder how you can be this competent and still this overwhelmed.
For years, I thought I just needed to try harder. Be more disciplined. Get even more “organized.” I became an ADHD coach after realizing the problem was never effort. I spent years over-functioning, masking, powering through, and calling it “being strong.” It wasn’t strength. It was survival. And survival has a limit.
Most adults with ADHD aren’t unmotivated. They’re carrying too much, dealing with untreated overwhelm, and living with the pressure to perform like everything is fine.
Before coaching, I built a career in storytelling and filmmaking, creating female-forward, mental-health-focused work about people pushed past their breaking point. Those stories showed me how humans cope, how they hide, and how everything shifts when someone finally feels seen. That understanding shapes my coaching.
Now I work with adults who are done blaming themselves. Parents managing the entire household load. High achievers who fall apart the moment the emergency ends. Creatives full of ideas that never get traction. People who appear steady on the outside while trying not to drop anything behind the scenes.
My coaching is straightforward and practical. We look at what’s happening in your actual life, not the life you think you “should” be managing. We sort out what’s draining you, identify what keeps derailing you, and make changes that help you function without burning out.
Too many brilliant adults assume their struggles are character flaws. They’re not. They’re signs you’ve been carrying more than one person should.
If you’re ready for things to feel more manageable and less punishing, you’re in the right place.
