Each package includes 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions.

Please choose the tier that genuinely reflects your current financial capacity. This model is rooted in trust and integrity; those with more resources help create space for those for less.

Tier 1: Sustaining Rate: $600

Tier 2: Mid-Range Rate: $480

Tier 3: Accessibility: $300

Rhythm & Refocus - 8 sessions

Tier 1: Sustaining Rate: $1100

Resilience & Resolve - 12 sessions

  • Tier 1: Sustaining Rate: Choose this if you have stable income, disposable funds, savings, investments, or own property. Paying this rate ensures the continued accessibility of coaching for others.

  • Tier 2: Mid-Range Rate: Choose this if you can meet your basic needs but have limited disposable income or savings. You can afford this service with some careful budgeting.

  • Tier 3: Accessibility Rate: Choose this if you are experiencing significant financial hardship, struggling to meet basic needs, or have limited income. A limited number of these spots are available. Please inquire during your discovery call about current availability.

Payment Plans: For 8- and 12-session packages, monthly payment plans are available. A small administrative fee (5%) applies to Tier 1 and Tier 2 payment plans.
