ADHD Coaching for Parents and Professionals

There's more available to you than exhaustion.

You're holding a household, a career, and a mental load that's weighing you down. You feel like you could drop the ball at any minute.

Your body thinks you're in danger all the time. That's why nothing sticks.

Calm your nervous system, build executive function, and stop surviving your own life.

This Is For You If You're:

  • A burnt-out achiever who feels like a fraud and is exhausted from masking

  • A creative with endless ideas, but a graveyard of unfinished projects

  • A parent drowning in mental load while trying to stay patient and present

  • A professional done with rigid systems that never fit your brain

You're capable but stretched so thin you can barely think straight. Important things keep getting pushed to tomorrow. Including you.

You want a coach who gets that exhaustion this deep isn't laziness or incompetence.

How It Works

We start with nervous system regulation. Your executive function can't come back online until your body feels safe.

Then we build flexible systems that respect your wiring.

I help you stop splitting yourself into parts: the parent, the professional, the person who needs rest. You get to be whole.

The goal is calm, capacity, and a life that lets you thrive instead of just survive.

What You Get

  • Weekly or biweekly sessions focused on regulation and executive function.

  • Executive function tools designed for attention that shifts and energy that fluctuates.

  • Flexible accountability with between-session check-ins that keep momentum going.

  • Month-to-month setup. Life changes. So can this.

  • Trauma-sensitive support. I name capitalism, ableism, and gendered labor. Your burnout is structural.

Hi, I’m Rebecca.

I know what it's like to hold more than anyone can see while worrying you're forgetting something important. To wonder how you can be this competent and still this overwhelmed.

For years, I thought I just needed to try harder. Be more disciplined. Get even more organized. I became an ADHD coach after realizing the problem was never effort. I spent years over-functioning, masking, powering through, and calling it strength. It wasn't strength. It was survival.

Most adults with ADHD aren't unmotivated. They're carrying too much, dealing with untreated overwhelm, and living with the pressure to perform like everything is fine.

Before coaching, I built a career in storytelling and filmmaking, creating work about people pushed past their breaking point. Those stories showed me how humans cope, how they hide, and how everything shifts when someone finally feels seen. That understanding shapes my coaching.

Now I work with adults who are done blaming themselves. Parents managing the entire household load. High achievers who fall apart when the emergency ends. Creatives full of ideas that never get traction. People who appear steady while trying not to drop anything behind the scenes.

My coaching is straightforward and practical. We look at what's happening in your actual life, not the life you think you "should" be managing. We sort out what's draining you, identify what keeps derailing you, and make changes that help you function without burning out.

Too many brilliant adults assume their struggles are character flaws. They're not. They're signs you've been carrying more than one person should.
